Aluminum Recycle Plant

Aluminum recycling is the process by which scrap aluminum
can be reused in products after its initial production. Used beverage
containers are the largest component of processed aluminum scrap, and most of
it is manufactured back into aluminum cans. Aluminum Recycling Plant our range
of Aluminum Recycling Plants is fabricated by using high grade aluminum only
and is quality tested on different parameters. This ensures enhanced durability
and supreme strength of the plant and enables it to maintain optimum output.

Rotary Furnace
Rotary furnaces are batch furnaces that generally utilize oxy-fuel burners and limit the volume of off-gases. The rotary furnace design gives high utilization of the input energy compared with the stationary furnace; they are very flexible and can accept a wide variety of feed materials. A rotary furnace is a barrel-shaped instrument that is rotated around its axis when performing heat treatment. These instruments are tilted slightly to allow the sample under heat treatment to be passed from one end of the barrel to the other.
Conveyor Belt
A conveyor belt is the carrying medium of a belt conveyor
system. A belt conveyor system is one of many types of conveyor systems. A belt
conveyor system consists of two or more pulleys, with a closed loop of carrying
medium—the conveyor belt—that rotates about them. Belt conveyors consist of a
drive roller powered by a drive motor with a tension roller at the opposite end
moving an endless loop of the conveyor belt which rotates around them. The belt
is supported by a “skid” base or a roller base. The belt is returned on a
series of return rollers.

Spectrometer
A spectrometer is a scientific instrument used to separate and measure spectral components of a physical phenomenon. Spectrometer is a broad term often used to describe instruments that measure a continuous variable of a phenomenon where the spectral components are somehow mixed. A spectrometer is a device for measuring wavelengths of light over a wide range of the electromagnetic spectrum. It is widely used for spectroscopic analysis of sample materials. The incident light from the light source can be transmitted, absorbed or reflected through the sample.
